LLC (Black Tie Drivers) Terms and Conditions
1. Rates
Unscheduled time is billed in thirty (30) minute intervals for the remainder
of the driver’s time.
2. When does billing start?
Billing time starts after our driver arrives at the address you designated
for pick-up and completes a fifteen (15) minute inspection of your vehicle.
Our driver will arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to your requested
pick-up time in order to complete the required safety inspection. The
client will not be billed for this inspection time.
3. Travel Time Fee
Initial pick-up and final drop-off location outside of the Myrtle Beach
area may require a Travel Time fee. This fee will cover the costs of
the driver transporting themselves to and from the designated location.
4. Payment
4a. Personal Checks
All personal checks must be received at minimum of seven (7) business
days prior to your date of service. If we receive it less than seven
(7) business days prior to your date of service, we will contact you
to advise that we need another form of payment and your check will
be returned to you.
4b. Debit Cards/Credit Cards
Debit/credit cards are accepted via Pay Pal. You may also us this
option when paying less than seven (7) business days before the date
of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
through PayPal. We will email you a payment link if you prefer to
pay with your card.
4c. Cash
Cash will be accepted as a deposit or to pay a balance. Cash must
be paid up front for the estimated time of service with any remaining
balance paid immediately at the end of the job.
4d. Refund and Cancellation Policies
Cancellations without financial penalty are allowed up to 24 hours
prior to the scheduled pickup date and time. Cancellations within
the 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time are subject to a
cancellation charge equal to 3 hours of service.
Refunds will be given in the form in which they were received.
5. Vehicle Service Check
The chauffeur will arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to the client’s
departure time in order to inspect the vehicle’s performance,
including fluid levels and operational and road worthiness. There will
be no additional charges for this service.
6. Shift change
For clients who need a chauffeur for more than twelve (12) hours, a
$50 fee will apply when a new driver must be summoned in order to complete
the assignment.
7. Hours of Operations
Our drivers are typically available twenty-four hours a day, seven days
a week. Several shifts may be necessary if a client’s needs exceed
a twelve-hour service period.
8. Making a Reservation
We prefer twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours advance notice
to make a reservation. However, we will always try to accommodate your
last minute requests.
9. Rental Vehicle
The client may rent a vehicle rather than use their personal vehicle.
However, the client must list the assigned chauffeur as one of the drivers.
We will arrange for our driver to pick-up your vehicle from the rental
location and return it upon completion of the assignment (agreement).
Included in the standard service is door opening, help entering and
exiting the vehicle, picking up bags or packages, storage of suitcases
and opening umbrellas during inclement weather. Arrival time is considered
fifteen (15) minutes prior to the client’s specified time.
10. Driver Expenditures
All expenditures incurred by the driver, including, but not limited
to tolls, parking, car wash, gas and a service fee will be reimbursed
by the client. All driver expenditures will be pre-approved by the client.
11. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is not secured until you receive confirmation from 2 Clean
Cut Guys, LLC (Black Tie Drivers). You will receive this confirmation
over the phone, or by letter, fax or e-mail. Please look over your confirmation
carefully and inform us of any corrections that need to be made. We
will check to verify flight information details such as connection times,
which you will provide to us upon booking. 2 Clean Cut Guys, LLC (Black
Tie Drivers) is not responsible for any errors, cancellations or time
table changes which result in loss or delay to the client or passenger.
12. Departure Time
2 Clean Cut Guys, LLC (Black Tie Drivers) is not responsible for any
variations from scheduled times or delays to agreed departure times,
which may result in missed flight connections, meetings or any other
loss. Any travel delays caused by the client will be the sole responsibility
of the client. The driver must not be asked to speed or drive recklessly
in order to make up for late departures or other travel delays.
13. Liability
Every effort will be made to get the client to his destination on time.
However, 2 Clean Cut Guys, LLC (Black Tie Drivers) is not liable for
any loss due to delays caused by traffic jams, road work, street closures,
diversions, extreme weather conditions, collisions caused by other parties,
terrorist attacks or natural disasters. 2 Clean Cut Guys, LLC (Black
Tie Drivers) may cancel all services and refund fees in the event of
circumstances beyond the control of both parties.

15. Sub-Contracting
2 Clean Cut Guys, LLC (Black Tie Drivers) reserves the right to use
subcontracted chauffeurs when there is a chauffeur shortage. 2 Clean
Cut Guys, LLC (Black Tie Drivers) will check the references of all subcontractors
in order to ensure high standards are maintained. These chauffeurs will
abide by the same employment criteria used to hire chauffeurs for 2
Clean Cut Guys, LLC (Black Tie Drivers).
16. Termination
2 Clean Cut Guys, LLC (Black Tie Drivers) reserves the right to refuse
or terminate any booking it believes is not genuine or places a driver
at risk of abuse by the client (or anyone connected with the client).
The chauffeur-driver will leave the vicinity if he believes that the
client is acting in any way that threatens the safety of the chauffeur
or other occupants in the vehicle. In the case of such a violation,
2 Clean Cut Guys, LLC (Black Tie Drivers) reserves the right to grant
no refund.
17. Suggestions and Comments
We are open to comments and suggestions from you so that we can improve
our service.
