How do you hire and screen your Drivers/Chauffeurs?
At Black Tie Drivers we truly understand the security, sensitivity,
and trust of our clients. Therefore, we employ a third party investigative
firm to perform national criminal background and personal profile check
on each candidate. Our drivers must also pass a third party drug screening
as well as have a verified clear driving record and pass our chauffeur
road test.
What is the minimum time I can hire a
driver?
We have a 3 hour minimum before 5:00pm.
We have a 4 hour minimum after 5:00 pm.
Can I hire a driver on a full time or
semi full time basis?
Yes, we can tailor a driver package to meet any of your needs.
How much does it cost to hire a personal
Chauffeur/Driver?

When does billing start?
Billing time starts after our driver arrives at the address you designated
for pick-up and completes a fifteen (15) minute inspection of your vehicle.
Our driver will arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to your requested
pick-up time in order to complete the required safety inspection. The
client will not be billed for this inspection time.
Travel Time Fee
Initial pick-up and final drop-off location outside of the Myrtle Beach
area may require a Travel Time fee. This fee will cover the costs of
the driver transporting themselves to and from the designated location.
Can I hire a driver to take me to and
pickup me up from the airport?
Yes, we offer special packages designed specifically for our travel
client.
Trips to surrounding towns/cities: Do you relish the chance to visit
the "other city's" popular attractions but you don't want
to have to drive all that way. Well, Georgetown and Charleston are now
easily available to you without the anxiety associated with your having
to drive yourself all that distance. Our qualified and friendly drivers
will get you there and back, and will take the concern of dealing with
an inconvenient parking space off your mind.
How do I make a reservation?

We will make your reservation, gather any itinerary information and
complete a brief client profile so that we are able to meet all your
requirements and exceed your expectations.
What do I need to make a reservation?
Client contact information and address.
Any known Itinerary including dates, times, event locations, etc.
If emailing reservation, one of our managers will call you to confirm.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellations without financial penalty are allowed up to 24 hours prior
to the scheduled pickup date and time. Cancellations within the 24 hours
prior to the scheduled date and time are subject to a cancellation charge
equal to 3 hours of service.
Will my driver run errands or fulfill
special request or me (example: pickup flowers, dry cleaning, make reservations,
pickup clients)?
Yes, of course, it is considered part of our service and making sure
any and all your needs are met.
